This Riddell mini helmet was signed by Oakland/ Las Vegas Raiders Running Back Josh Jacobs. Mr Jacobs added the following inscription to the helmet: "Viva Las Vegas" For authenticity purposes this hemet comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS) along with a matching serial numbered hologram affixed to the helmet.
